The recruiters conduct initial interviews and skills testing as needed, do preliminary screening, forward resumes to the hiring manager and schedule interviews.

The hiring manager makes the final decision after interviewing the candidates. Your company has a safety net in this process to hire the employee on a trial basis.

Typically, the company has 90 days to decide whether the employee is a good fit and uses this time as a probationary period before adding the employee to their company payroll. If, for any reason, the employee does not meet expectations, Jobs2career Services will replace the employee as soon as possible.

DIRECT HIRE

Sometimes the best available candidate is an experienced, senior-level individual working for another company. Most likely, the candidate will not be interested in resigning their current position and joining your company through a temp to hire arrangement.

In this case, we can work with your company on a direct hire fee agreement. The fee is usually based on the annual salary of the position, the geographic areas involved, whether it’s a retainer or contingent search and other factors. A replacement guarantee is usually associated with this type of search if the new employee leaves or is terminated within a specific period of time.
